By using MyTailorBook you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Your use of the service is subject to the laws and regulations that apply in your country or region and where we operate. Mandatory consumer and privacy rights where you live still apply. For disputes, competent courts or authorities are those with jurisdiction under applicable law in your location, unless mandatory rules require otherwise.

The service. We provide tools to record and organise tailoring and design information. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the product will meet every use case.

Your responsibility. You are responsible for the accuracy of measurements and customer information you store, and for keeping backups where the product does not do so for you (for example on the free local tier).

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss or loss of business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Analytics and cookies. Optional third-party analytics (including Microsoft Clarity) are described in our Privacy Policy — Cookies and similar technologies. They load only if you opt in via the cookie banner (or equivalent control).
