By using My Tailor Book you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales; the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless you are a consumer with mandatory rights elsewhere.
The service. We provide tools to record and organise tailoring and design information. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the product will meet every use case.
Your responsibility. You are responsible for the accuracy of measurements and customer information you store, and for keeping backups where the product does not do so for you (for example on the free local tier).
Liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss or loss of business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
